Who we are
Calyndr is a scheduling product. This policy describes the public website at calyndr.com. The scheduling application is hosted separately and is not open for public registration on this domain.
Information this website collects
If you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company if you provide one, your message, the type of request (waitlist or contact), the date and time, and a source label for this website. If you email hello@calyndr.com we receive whatever you send to that mailbox. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website and we do not create accounts from these forms.
The form includes a hidden field used only to ignore automated spam. Values in that field are not stored as a lead.
How waitlist and contact submissions are stored
Valid submissions are written by our servers to a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. Waitlist rows and contact rows are stored on separate worksheets. Incoming rows are marked New. The spreadsheet is not public. Website visitors cannot read it. If Google Sheets is not configured or rejects a write, the form shows an error and we do not treat the submission as saved.
hello@calyndr.com is the public contact address, operated on Google Workspace. We may also send an internal copy of a stored lead to that mailbox when email delivery is separately configured. Email is secondary to spreadsheet storage.
How we use this information
We use waitlist and contact details to reply about Calyndr. We do not sell that information. This marketing site does not load third-party advertising or product-analytics scripts.
Cookies
This marketing site does not set an account cookie and does not require login. The host may set technical cookies needed to serve the pages.
Service providers
When this website is deployed, pages are served by the hosting provider for the marketing project. Lead rows are stored in Google Sheets. Email to hello@calyndr.com is handled by Google Workspace. Optional internal lead notices, if enabled, use a transactional email provider. Exact processor names other than Google for spreadsheet storage, and any data-processing addendum, remain for operator confirmation.
The scheduling product
If you later use the Calyndr application, that product stores account, calendar, booking, and client records needed to run scheduling. Those systems are not used to store marketing waitlist or contact forms.
Retention, deletion, and your requests
We keep marketing leads to follow up about Calyndr. Email hello@calyndr.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion. A numeric retention period and statutory response timelines require legal review and are not stated here as commitments.
Security
Submissions are sent to our servers over HTTPS and written to Google Sheets with a server-side credential that is not shipped to the browser. Access to the spreadsheet is limited to people and service accounts we grant. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children and sensitive data
This website is not directed at children. Do not send patient, payment-card, or other sensitive data through the form. Calyndr does not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO, or similar certifications on this site.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Use hello@calyndr.com to make a request. Formal rights language will be completed with counsel.
