Changing plans and seats
Plan changes and seat quantity go through Stripe. The app shows purchased quantity, not unlimited Business seats.

Open Settings → Plan & Billing. Seat increases and decreases follow the Stripe subscription quantity. Decreasing below assigned bookable staff is blocked until you uncheck Accepts new bookings.
