Publishing a first booking page
Hosted pages exist for the organization, each bookable person, and each named team.

Open Public booking from the app header, or copy the organization booking link from People & Teams. Guests do not need a Calyndr account.
- Organization page: /{org}
- Personal page: the staff booking slug under that organization
- Team page: /book/{org}/teams/{team} when a named team exists
- The organization must be published for guests to book.
