Rescheduling and cancellation
Guests use a private token link. Staff use Calendar or Appointments. Windows are set on the meeting type.

Each booking confirmation can include reschedule and cancel links at /r/{token}. Meeting types control whether guests may cancel or reschedule and how close to the start that is allowed.
Owners, admins, and managers of the assigned team can move or cancel from the app. Members can manage their own appointments.
