Roles and permissions

• Owner: full access, billing, ownership transfer, last-owner protection.
• Admin: people, teams, scheduling, settings. No billing unless the owner grants it. Cannot assign Admin or Owner.
• Manager: assigned teams, those appointments, team hours. No org security or billing.
• Member: own hours, own appointments, own booking link.

Change roles from People & Teams or Settings → Permissions & Visibility. Changes apply immediately. Nobody can promote themselves.
