Common embed installation problems
Blank frames, refused origins, and mixed-content blocks.

- Add the exact https origin in Website & Embeds, including www if the site uses it.
- Serve the parent page on https. Mixed content will block the iframe.
- Confirm the organization is published and the meeting type is public.
- Browsers must allow third-party frames from app.calyndr.com.
