Buffers, minimum notice, and booking horizon
Each meeting type can pad time before and after a visit, refuse last-minute bookings, and cap how far ahead guests can book.

- Buffer before / after: extra minutes kept empty around the visit.
- Minimum notice: guests cannot book closer than this many minutes.
- Maximum horizon: guests cannot book farther ahead than this many days.
- Increment: slot step, often 15 or 30 minutes.
