Common errors
Closed signup, seat limits, last owner, and embed origin refusals.

- Public registration is closed: use an invite link or the waitlist.
- All purchased seats are assigned: uncheck Accepts new bookings or add seats.
- Last owner: transfer ownership before deactivating that person.
- Embed blank: add the parent https origin in Website & Embeds.
- ALREADY_MEMBER: that user already belongs to an organization.
