Shared calendars and Team view
Owners set calendar scope. Team view shows assigned people. Members still only manage their own appointments.

Calendar can show your own appointments, assigned teams, or the organization, depending on the owner’s visibility settings. Team view is a staff-filtered calendar, not a separate product.
- Use staff and team filters on Calendar to narrow the board.
- Managers see people on assigned teams.
