Starting a trial

Trials last 14 days and stay $0 until they end. Individual can start without a card. Teams and Business collect a payment method. Calyndr does not start a trial from the marketing website.

1. Sign in at app.calyndr.com as the organization owner.
2. Open Settings → Plan & Billing.
3. Choose monthly or annual and the plan, then continue to Stripe Checkout.
4. Complete Checkout. Teams and Business require a payment method. The subscription stays trialing until the trial period ends.

Admins cannot start Checkout unless the owner granted billing access. Members and managers never can.
